CUEBASE™

Cuebase values your privacy. This statement explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. Data Collected

  • Name, email address, and company name (if submitted via intake form)

  • Request details and preferences (intake form responses)

  • Email if you subscribe to our newsletter

2. Purpose & Legal Basis

  • To deliver the services you ordered (contractual necessity)

  • To communicate about your request (contractual necessity)

  • To send newsletters, only if you subscribed (consent)

  • To improve our services and conduct internal research (legitimate interest). Intake data may be used in aggregated or anonymized form for these purposes.

3. Storage & Security

  • Data is securely stored in Notion, Google Workspace, Substack, and Tally

  • These providers act as processors and have their own privacy policies

  • Some data may be transferred outside the EU (e.g. to the US) under standard contractual clauses (SCCs)

4. Retention

  • Intake and project data are kept for up to 1 year after delivery, unless required longer by law

  • Aggregated/anonymous data for research may be kept longer, but never linked back to individuals

  • Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe

5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Email info@thecuebase.com with your request. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cuebase doesn’t use cookies directly, but tools like Substack and Tally may. Please check their cookie policies for details.
