1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Cuebase, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98178458, VAT (NL005313157B41), located at Balboastraat Amsterdam. By ordering a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Cuebase provides cultural and creative strategy in the form of short briefings, concepts, and advisory modules. All services are tailor-made and based on the client’s request and relevant cultural signals.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT. Payment is required in advance via the provided payment methods. Work starts only once payment has been received.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days from the booked appointment date, unless otherwise agreed. Deliverables are provided as digital files (e.g. PDF) via email. Cuebase is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside its reasonable control (see section 9).
5. Changes & Additional Work
If the client requests changes after delivery, Cuebase may charge additional fees. Any extra work will be agreed in writing (including by email).
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Because services are customized, the legal right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) does not apply. No refunds are possible after payment, unless Cuebase fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe.
7. Intellectual Property
All content remains the intellectual property of Cuebase. Clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their own projects. Resale, distribution, or commercial reuse of third-party content is not allowed without written permission.
8. Visual Material & Third-Party Content
Cuebase uses visual material solely for illustrative and analytical purposes in the context of cultural insight. All third-party images, including brand visuals, stock photography, and social media content, remain the property of their respective owners and are used under editorial, inspirational, or educational context.
9. Confidentiality
Cuebase treats all client information and intake data as confidential and will not share it with third parties, except where required by law.
10. Liability
Cuebase is not liable for how clients use the delivered insights or concepts. Liability is limited to the amount invoiced and paid for the service in question.
11. Force Majeure
Cuebase is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, internet outages, strikes, or technical failures.
12. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. After this period, the service is deemed accepted.
13. Changes to Terms
Cuebase may update these terms. In case of significant changes, clients will be notified.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
